    Tryouts

Tryouts for the 2009-10 season were held on the 12th July 09. The standard and the enthusiasm from everyone was incredible.

"I am so excited about joining the F22 Raptors and I had a great weekend at tryouts. The best thing about the weekend had to be the atmosphere created by everyone there, it was so friendly and mutually supportive. I thought this was especially apparent whilst we were showing our running tumbling, everyone's tumble pass was applauded and you could tell that it was genuinely meant.

I am so looking forward to the season ahead with Aviators, team-wise I am hoping that we will achieve a tightly-bonded and supportive team, a clean, tight and impressive routine, and hopefully a bit of silverware to show for our efforts! On a personal level, I am looking to improve my tumbling, as well as my basing/partner stunt skills and I'm looking forward to throwing some awesome level 6 baskets!
    "
    Emma, Surrey

"After already being an F22 Raptor for the first season, tryouts were definitely an enjoyable experience. Nerves were replaced with excitement and enthusiasm and as always people worked together and were supported throughout the whole experience. Personally I would like to focus on my flying skills especially baskets and the cool pyramids AV is famous for. This year I know the team will go from strength to strength, pushing our skills and each other whilst still having fun and enjoying what we do best."
    Maria, Lincoln.
